  • Modern Currency PR seeks a well-rounded hospitality + travel-focused Account Supervisor to join our team with 4 – 6 years of experience (in the hospitality, travel, tourism, culinary and/or consumer lifestyle arenas), a genuine passion & drive for the PR/hospitality industry, trend-aware, creative, collaborative, and organized with a great go-getter attitude, solution-oriented outlook, and possessing a strong work ethic.

    The Account Supervisor should be a creative and strategic thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table with a strong sense of work ethic to execute on a daily basis. They must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills must be able to wear multiple hats while immersing themselves in agency’s clients and start pitching immediately; therefore, a self-starter with innovative ideas, who is ready to hit the ground running!

     This position will play an active role in overseeing & executing effective PR campaign strategy for the agency’s marquee roster of clients, including pitch/press release development, active pitching, strategic media relations, creative partnerships & programming ideation, client relations, and supporting new business initiatives/agency growth within an engaging boutique agency environment.

    We see you as a media relations pro with the ability to take a nimble, scrappy & strategic real-world to strategic campaigns, contributing invaluable media coverage opportunities across your client campaigns on a daily basis, successfully implementing client programs and year-long strategies, leading client relations, and actively mentoring the junior team.

  • The Digital Marketing Coordinator (full-time) must have an innate hunger & passion for all things travel & hospitality (food, travel, etc.), and a strong handle on the latest and greatest social media disciplines. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, creative, and possess a willingness to deploy a scrappy and proactive approach to driving digital campaigns for the agency’s award-winning luxury travel & hospitality clients. The Digital Marketing Coordinator must possess at least 1-2 years of direct experience in social media strategy/management, with a true go-getter mentality. This position will co-exist with our PR campaigns, supporting collaborative digital opportunities for clients alongside a team of seasoned senior-level media industry professionals within an engaging boutique agency environment.

    As a Digital Coordinator at Modern Currency, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative duties and responsibilities of digital client campaigns. Digital Coordinators work in an administrative capacity and report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

    This is a remote position, however, all candidates must be based in Los Angeles and have reliable transportation to support the Digital team with in-person meetings, influencer engagements, events, and shoots.

  • MCPR, an award-winning, boutique, luxury hospitality & marketing public relations agency based in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a super savvy digital intern with a deep interest in hospitality & social media to join our growing team this Fall 2024 (September – December 2024). Candidates must possess a passion for social media, luxury travel, restaurants, food culture/lifestyle (think recipes, food trends) and wanderlust for international travel/tourism to work intimately alongside a team of seasoned senior-level media industry professionals within an engaging boutique agency environment. Ideal candidates are creative, visually inclined & have a strong understanding of the digital landscape.

    The unpaid internship will be virtually-based and remote (ideally, at least 3 days per week) between 9am – 5:30pm. All candidates must be enrolled in college and eligible to receive academic credit.

  • MCPR, an award-winning, boutique, luxury hospitality & marketing public relations agency based in Los Angeles, CA, seeks super savvy internship candidates with deep interest in hospitality to join our growing team this Fall 2024 (September – December 2024). Candidates must possess a passion for luxury travel, restaurants, food culture/lifestyle (think recipes, food trends) and wanderlust for international travel/tourism to work intimately alongside a team of seasoned senior-level media industry professionals within an engaging boutique agency environment.

    The unpaid internship will be virtually-based and remote (ideally, at least 3 days per week) between 9am – 5:30pm. All candidates must be enrolled in college and eligible to receive academic credit. Ideal candidates will possess previous internship/professional experience.
